Booking a Blood Test at Hoban Health

If your GP or nurse at Hoban Health has recommended blood tests, or if you have been referred by an external consultant, you can book an appointment to have your blood sample taken at our clinic.

 

Blood Test Charges

• Private patients (GP or nurse ordered): €30 per blood test appointment

• Medical card or doctor visit card holders: €20 per blood test appointment

• Blood tests requested by an external consultant: €60 per appointment

Please bring your medical card if applicable to receive the reduced rate.

 

How Long Do Results Take?

Blood test results typically take between 1 to 4 weeks to be processed.

Once all your results are available, your GP or referring consultant will review them and contact you directly to discuss the findings and any necessary next steps.

 

Blood Tests for External Consultants

If you have a referral or request for blood tests from an external consultant, please inform us when booking. The fee for consultant-requested blood tests is €60 per appointment.
